[css-scroll-snap] Clarify a couple of examples for "Types of Scrolling Methods" #7278

In the section of "Types of Scrolling Methods" there are a couple unclear (for me) examples;

1. there's no mouse wheel case, I assume it's the same type of arrow key scrolls, is it right?
2. what's the difference between "a panning gesture, released without momentum" in "a swiping gesture interpreted as a fixed (rather than inertial) scroll", it sounds same to me but the first one is categorized in "intended end position", but the second one is in "intended direction"
