DCAT Second Public Working Draft

This milestone corresponds to the issues we aim to address for the Second Public Working Draft for the DCAT revision.
As discussed in the DCAT subgroup meeting (see minutes), we aim to produce this for early September. Issues that are partially reflected in 2PWD at publication remain in this list. Their status is captured here
