[Feature Request] Publish minify-html-java crate #244

Hello @wilsonzlin! Thank you very much for this awesome library, which we love. Would it be possible to publish minify-html-java (the Rust side) to Crates? I ask because we already have a Rust lib surface which we use over JNI, and, optimally, it would be cool if we could build them together.

I know this is a bit of a weird use case, but it looks like minify-html-java might be easy to publish from the existing publish flow. If PRs are welcome, and this feature is something you'd approve of, I would be happy to contribute a PR :)
