Simplify infrastructure creation #27

A better option than creating a network, building and running the database, and then doing the same for the server, and finally starting the client, would be a simple Docker Compose command that automates the entire process.

Note: I tried that, but when creating a test suite, it wasn't saving the setup steps for no easy-to-understand reason.
