SW63 Electronic Watch

Space Watch SW63

Sci-fi inspired electronic watch.

MK4 in the development, out in 2026.

How to tell the time?

When the button is briefly pressed, SW63 tells you the time using a sequence of LED blinks. It's not a binary clock, it's inspired by the analog clock hands movement and uses quarters, halves and so on; similar to how people used to tell the time before the digital clock became popular.

16:35
half past - four - hours - and - five - minutes - PM

6:57
three - minutes - to - whole - seven - hours

Language can be changed in the watch menu to reflect the different ways different languages express the time ("half past five" in English is "half of six" in German etc).

See LANGUAGES.md for the full list and examples.

Controls

Short press: Show the time
Long press: Enter Menu (setting the language and time)
Extra long press: Enter Secret settings
Multiple short presses: Show animation

In Menu / Secret settings:
Short press: Change
Long press: Confirm and go to next
