This updated version removes the bug causing error 'raworfhits referenced before assignment' in rare cases.

The constants.py and Readme are updated to solve the problem where ISEScan didn't find profile HMM model files (clusters.single.faa and clusters.faa.hmm) on your current working directory and then failed to find any IS (Insertion Sequence) elements.
