Improve Logging #138

1. Add "Manager" or "Worker" to log file name. If manager, include manager type.
2. Resource Aware Worker Logs should be stored on the ConvertLoc they are assigned to.
3. Symlinks to each worker log file should be located in the master ConvertLoc Logs directory.
4. Add a config variable only active when Resource Aware for "PerWorkerLogFiles". When enabled, append workerid to the log filename. This eliminates file collisions and makes logs readable. Pinpointing specific sessions means grepping a folder rather than a file.
5. When "The Butler" Environment Manager is done, add log consolidation, rotation, removal to it.

Actively working on this for v3.8.9.

This is done in v3.9.0.

Logging is a function of the engine.
We now have web, cli, manager (listener) log files.
Log rotation is done by the kernel.
The log buffer is started by the at kernel level.
Any logs in the buffer that make it to a log file are written to log.
Logs are incremented by session with each session starting at 0 and counting up.
This makes reading interleaved logs easier.

If the user runs as non-root, they get per-user logs in their personal $home folder.

Log writers now use lock_ex to prevent log lines being interleaved by different writers.
Log racing is additionally reduced by separating the log files by listener, web, and cli.
