Shared Flash access might be corrupted on SiWx91x SoC #103329

Describe the bug

SiWx91x does not support concurrent read and write on the shared flash with the network coprocessor. On the M4 side (Zephyr), there are some functions that allow to manage the flash access (sli_mv_m4_app_from_flash_to_ram()) but since his function is not in RAM, it can creates a flash access itself and then creates a flash access corruption.
