uC++ Syntax Highlighting for Vim

To install, either use a runtime path manager (e.g. Pathogen), or manually copy
the subdirectories into ~/.vim/

Now any file with the extension '.ucpp' or '.uh' will be highlighted for uC++
keywords or predefined objects.
