I have been developing a diverse skill set in bioinformatics and data analysis, focusing on the analysis of RNA and DNA Sequencing data sets and offering a programatic support role to the laboratory personnel. I have worked with next generation sequencing technologies, and various LIMS and workflow systems. I also have developed the ability to use various project management tools ( e.g. KanBoard, Asana ) to maintain a collaborative, organized and efficient environment.
My proficiency in applying a range of computational methods and tools allows me to deliver valuable results to research projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. By developing and optimizing bioinformatics workflows, I have successfully enhanced data analysis efficiency and ensured the accuracy and reproducibility of findings.
Beyond my technical expertise, I have developed my ability to communicate scientific concepts to diverse audiences including verbally, graphically and using interactive tools. This skill has enabled me to establish meaningful collaborations with members of my team and external stakeholders. I firmly believe that open and clear communication is a key to driving impactful discoveries.
