Absolutely terrible customer services. They are determined not to refund you and really dont care about you as a customer. I'm £50 down with a product that brought me out in a terrible rash. Photographic evidence meant nothing to them and neither did I, their customer. Sadly not recommended. I wish I'd checked out the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered.

I had a list of things I needed. Ruby at Canterbury was genuinely brilliant. She was busy herself but helped me find everything I needed even checking stock. When I got to the perfume counter she happened to be there and was great with suggestions and finding testers. I rarely write reviews but Ruby represents Canterbury branch so well. Thank you.

I had been dealing with another courier service and had been let down multiple times. I ultimately had to cancel. Anyvan gave uncomplicated quotes I booked and they completed the collection and delivery the next day. Communication was fantastic! I could track the delivery and the crew were excellent. A* service
