Guiness Partnership is the worst I have had a rodent problem since the 14th September and no ody contacted me whatsoever regardless of the amount of times I called. The mice were coming down from a pipe in the ceiling into my kitchen. I requested several calls backs from CLOs, Management and repairs I did not get one call until this morning. The CLO continually lies and says that she had called me when she has not. I have answer phone why doesn't she have a message? Because she doesn't call. I was having a chat with the neighbour a few days ago, they told me she lies she calls when she hasn't. I am on their vulnerable list and have complex PTSD. This should situation stressed me out till I caught shingles. I had to call pest control myself to make arrangements. They made 2 trips and Guinness did not adhere to their reports. There is problem in the area, they even have signed up saying mice are a problem. Bur they have the cheek to tell me " They're not in the communal area. I am reporting my flat, my living space not the communal area. Or they suggesting that I'm lying. How annoying and what a cheek. I have plenty of evidence where they have but doors, cupboards and even previous wire wool that had been out in my bathroom. I received a call from repairs this morning saying they are coming to inspect my property on the 13th Nov.. That would be whole two months that I've been left in this situation. I just want this situation resolved. Guiness will always apologising but continue to fall short of their duties.

I had one account. Unable to use due to it being hacked, I couldn't log in and have no access to the email connected to it. So I made a new one with email and never was able to play on the original accountwhich is why I created a 2nd one. I purchased coins on this new account played and won just around $112. When redeeming, spinblitz closed my 2nd account and emailed me stating i have multiple account and to use the original. I explained it have no access to it. I'm unable to get emails or shying bcz is hacked and I explained every detail. I have only been bombarded with repeat automated emails that customer service will get back to me and emails from multiple representatives emailing me with the same copy and pasted email that they closed my account and to use the other account. And it was s violation of their terms. I have continue to tell them over and overthe same information. And yet no one has properly assisted me or read my replies in order to assist me. Unethical, untrustworthy, and should be shut down for a casino app

Worst checkout of a supermarket. Sainsburys Cromer, a very good supermarket, until you come to the self checkout, you collect a trolly walk round the store placing items into the trolly. At the self checkout you pick up said items, scan them then put them down on the area whera bag could be set aside to have said item into it but NO not allowed to place a bag on the set down area, you pay and then you have to re pick up the said item and place them into your own bag . surely this can be made easier by scanning the item and placing it straight into your bag

Shell Recharge transeferred to 50five. However I lost my charge card, so I blocked it. But there is now no way to get a new card via Shell or 50Five. Also I cannot activate my own home charger on their app. I have been trying to contact them for over a week. But do not get any response. Now I have been charging at Fastned for the past 10 days. My car is my business, my living and my income. So I have no choice. But this cost me over €500 until now. I am desperate and furious on how this company treats their clients and offer no quick solution.

Nine reviews by this untruthful and fraudulent company and they reply with the exact same generic answer every time , told me six weeks ago we are looking into it regards the wing brand , wrong product and wrong colour , absolutely nothing from them they still have my money and I have a product that is nothing like I paid for , keep away don’t buy anything and Trustpilot keeps given them a platform to extract money from people which is nothing like they ordered , both should be ashamed of themselves.

AVOID Went on there site to get some wiper blades. Put in my reg and ordered them. The wrong ones came and I got given an excuse that “there were many variations for my car” (other web sites have never had a problem but ok). I was told to return them, which I did. I received the price of the wipers back, minus the postage cost plus I had to pay the return postage. When you put your reg in the make and model come up, so there excuse was lies witch left me £14 out of pocket.

Customer service was good. However I am not very satisfied with the product quality of the electric scooter. The tires are inflatable and punctured within the first week of use. The rubber tires that you can buy instead are expensive and really difficult to put on. The stearing rod just broke and it was a long process to get it back to get it repaired. I recommend extra insurance just in case of theft or it gets broken.

We bought light switches, door stoppers, and door handles from Buster and Punch, and I can confidently say they’re worth every penny. The attention to detail in each product is phenomenal. The rug is lovely and colours are matching the ones on the site. I bought the Iver Abstract Geometric Neutral. The delivery was fast. It had some creases as it was packed in a box. Initially I thought they will last a while, but in 2 days it loosened up and crease free. I love it. Definitely buying another one for the bedroom.

Not sure if this is the right site but it’s the only one that comes up for product care limited. The technician Ash was great. He gave me a pre call 15 minutes before he arrived which was great! He was super friendly and bubbly and removed our old machine as well as installed our new washer/dryer very efficiently! :)

They have done our servicing for many years and have always been extremely reliable and dependable. We have complete confidence in Adam, the gas engineer who does all our servicing and is excellent as well as being a pleasure to deal with. My experience is that they use substandard design component that fail regularly.. availability of parts is poor,and expect a few days of no heat each year and a bill of typically£300 for repairs each year. They appear to be cashing in on the former good reputation of the Worcester company
