I was very fussy with the fit of my new trainers and the staff member who assisted me was just the best! So knowledgeable and patient! 

Bought pair of running shoes which cost 220€. I wore them 9 times and parts of the outsole have started to fall off. Contacted lifestyle sports and they would not entertain that there is an issue. Normal wear and tear apparently . Basically 24 euro a run it has cost. I asked if I could escalate my complaint and I was told no. I am having to contact Nike directly myself who at least have been helpful and receptive to the idea that there is an issue.

Return function didnt work, didn't issue return label. Chat function didn't work, left waiting 2nd in line for ages. 

I bought a ladies hoodie, it came within 3 days very quick service. Medium size fits good (I'm usually size 10) really good quality & well made. I will definitely be buying again from Gym & coffee 

I purchased Shapeware for my wedding recently and I am absolutely over the moon with this. I rang Rita very last minute in an awful panic as I had my dress fitting and felt horrendous in the dress. Rita took me in last minute and said under no circumstances will I buy off the shelf that she would make a custom piece for me. She gave me many options to try on and finally found the perfect fit. I tried on my dress for my friend again and she couldn’t get over the difference that the shape-ware made. When the package arrived I thought no way will I fit into these but they fit like a glove. From someone who wears Shapeware quite often, I would suffer cramping through the day as they do get uncomfortable the longer you wear them. However, for some reason you don’t even feel
Like you are wearing anything at all in these. 100% recommend and thank you Rita for coming to my rescue 

Again I made a purchased with Vaughan Shoes and the experience and service was superb. Even when I made a committed order error Stacey at Customer Service was very efficient in remedying. I'm one very happy customer.
I'll definitely be ordering again and again.

I owned a pair of Stepney Workers Club Dellow S-Strike shoes, they lasted four months before the sole started to fall off at the sides and back. 

I wore them about 3 times a week. They are heavy shoes to walk in. The way the sole is welded to the shoe makes them very inflexible, and this is inevitably where the shoe failed. 

I contacted the company about the poor quality, they said it was most likely my fault because of the way I took my shoes off. I can confirm for all those concerned, I do unlace my shoes and take them off by hand.

I've owned many other brands of canvas shoes, and they all last much, much longer. So I can only go by comparison and say that these shoes are bad. 
I can also see that this model of shoe now seems to have a stitched sole, mine does not. So I can only guess that they have adjusted the design to fix this problem.

It's a shame, the shoes actually look great, they are just built terribly and are not comfortable to wear.
