Item wasn't in stock though HN said it was. Ordered 28th Oct, Only arrived to their supplier on 7th November. I would use any other shop in future. I had to reach out to them to ask what the story was. If they know an item isn't stocked they should say on site, or if in error at least let user know without them chasing up. In total 12 days to get a laptop charger, next time I'll order from Amazon.

Two lovely lads Jay and Craig delivered and assembled our beds yesterday. They were a pleasure to deal with, quick assembly and made sure to check we were happy with everything before leaving. Very happy with the service, thanks lads 😉

Staff service offered by Donna was very professional indeed. No hard sell. The quality of the chair we selected appeared to be very high. Ordering was straight forward as was setting a delivery date. We received a call from EZ staff the day before to tell us the chair could be delivered the next day. On the day, the driver rang to agree the time that suited us for delivery. He brought it into our house and kindly offered to place the chair wherever we wanted it. This saved me possibly straining my back, so greatly appreciated. 5 Star service from start from ordering to delivery. Chair is as good as we thought!👍

The mattress is fine as is the topper. There were no instructions as to how long before actually using the mattress. Also it was delivered to the wrong address and I was not informed that it had been delivered. Luckily I have good neighbours.

This was my second bed, had to sell first one because moving house . But straight away ordered another from autum- blue . Best beds ever and service superb. Lina’s(man who delivered bed) was really lovely .assembled bed very fast and took all boxes away. 5⭐️from me. Well recommended

I really enjoyed my experience shopping in Casey’s. The lady who served us was really helpful and took her time with us to help us pick out the furniture that was right for us! We also enjoyed a lovely coffee compliments of Caseys . Will be back down in the new year for more shopping. Delivery service was also excellent, we got plenty of notice of same and the delivery lads were so friendly and helpful
