This was my second bed, had to sell first one because moving house . But straight away ordered another from autum- blue . Best beds ever and service superb. Lina’s(man who delivered bed) was really lovely .assembled bed very fast and took all boxes away. 5⭐️from me. Well recommended

Everything was going fine until I got the wardrobe assembled. I bought the most expensive wardrobe in store and paid the assembler recommended by them. One of the doors came warped, very disappointing specially being a big mirror sliding door. I contacted the shop straight out but the way Bryan dealt with it was unpleasant, was looking the picture just on his side and not doing even the minimum to arrange a time suitable for me, the customer, inflexible as if it was my fault. No apologies, nothing. He just said that the guys could make it maximum till 4pm because "they have their families waiting for them", yes, in that way was said. So we left work early again to be there at 4pm but actually the guys just showed up at 6:30pm saying that they didn't know who said that to us because that will be impossible. Shame, never again.

I ordered a coffee table and sideboard which were ordered in for me and delivered 3 - 4 weeks later., I am based in Dublin so Stockhouse only deliver every couple of weeks to Dublin. The items arrived at the arranged date and time and were what I expected. Happy with my experience with Stockhouse.

I give this mattress 3 start because this mattress has lots of little holes on top of the pillow. Murphy Furniture in Gorey did exchange for new one but the second mattress is even worse. Otherwise the mattress is fine. I paid €1.207.50, I would love if they return some money back.

I ordered a mattress topper in December 2022. When I had not received my topper within the 28 day delivery time frame I contacted Dormeo via email. This continued each month having not received my topper. Eventually I requested a refund and was informed that they would not give me a refund due to the company gone into liquidation. I then contacted my bank for a chargeback and was refused chargeback. This has taken eleven months of emails, letters and phone calls to be informed that I will not receive a refund. I am now out of pocket €299.00 plus expense of calls and postage also my own time. I ordered from Dormeo topper thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and would receive good customer service. Just goes to show that you don’t receive trustworthy service from this Dormeo. Very upset consumer to say the least. I ordered off the irish website as I live in Ireland. This review is only a brief outline of my experience. Everyone in Ireland thinking of ordering from this company seriously think twice. SCAMMERS
