Item wasn't in stock though HN said it was. Ordered 28th Oct, Only arrived to their supplier on 7th November. I would use any other shop in future. I had to reach out to them to ask what the story was. If they know an item isn't stocked they should say on site, or if in error at least let user know without them chasing up. In total 12 days to get a laptop charger, next time I'll order from Amazon.

I was sceptical at first, because I had a terrible experience with SWAPPIE, but this time I read the reviews and I haven’t seen anything strange compare to SWAPPIE, well let me tell you, with Buyaphone it was the most straightforward and easy process I’ve done, everything got sorted in less than a week! I couldn’t believe how fast it was. They provided me with everything, even offered to collect my phone with their own packaging and I think what added more to my experience everything is done in Ireland, they don’t send your phone to some random country to be inspected. So the fact is an Irish company made me trust even more!!! Thank you so much for your service and efficiency whilst buying my phone. I will definitely consider and recommend to everyone this company! Above any other in the internet, they’re definitely the best! They pay what they say, so many options to get your money ( I used Revolut) and also you can track the entire process of your sell!
