Imagine have the best customer service…

Imagine have the best customer service in Ireland bar none (not just internet service) Denis was polite, helpful, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I had the connection quality I needed and addressed other issues I had in a timely and professional manner. 5 Star. Well done Imagine. Keep it up.

Great service!

Customer service and sales and the install crews are super friendly and arrive when they say they'll arrive. We've been Imagine customers for a couple of years and they're just spot on!

Having experienced some problems with…Broadband

Having experienced some problems with my Broadband I contacted Imagine to see if they could help. I got through to a lovely Lady called Ammarin who went above and beyond her remit to sort out my problem. The fact that I’m as thick as several short planks when it comes to the dark arts of computer/Broadband issues didn’t cause her any problems and she sorted out my problem in a kind and professional manner. The excellent way that the Customer Care at Imagine handle their customers issues is the reason I’m happy to pay a little extra rather than taking up a cheaper offer for Fiber Broadband which was recently offered to me. Well done Imagine for having staff like Ammarin and also my thanks to her for her efforts on my behalf today. Don Wallace

I had imagine Hero package installed…

I had imagine Hero package installed last week. Installation took 30 minutes. Very neat and tidy work. Great speed runs my TV, laptop and phone perfectly. I have already recommended to 2 others. Very happy.

Terrible support

Terrible support.
I have been experiencing issues on and off for months. I spent almost two days dealing with tech support during August and we thought we had resolved the issue only for it to resurface almost immediately again.
When I spoke to customer services again I made it clear that if the issue wasn't immediately resolved I would be seeking another provider. It wasn't so I did. I spoke to a number of support people in the meantime and made clear that I had moved on and was no longer interested in their service or trying to restore it for the umpteenth time.
Today I received a bill for two months service. I contacted customer support and a very helpful lady named Rebecca checked for me and told me that I hadn't called the cancellation line. I tried while I was on the line with her to be told there was a 25 minute wait. I'd guess if I was looking for a new connection it might not take quite as long. Rebecca has asked me to try again in the morning and I will but if I'm told another 25 minutes I will hang up and deal with any attempt to remove money from my account appropriately.

Not very good

As other people have stated, when it works it works but the problem is When. My WiFi is constantly slow especially at weekends when you can’t contact someone after a specific time.

Poor customer service

If all goes well, it’s a good company to be with. God bless if they have any trouble with the signals or any technical problems, almost impossible to get through them, especially if it happens on a weekend, so you’ll be stranded with no service nor support.

When it works well it is fine but the…

When it works well it is fine but the signal can drop on a regular basis especially during the morning and early evening. Frustrating to be honest as it drops when you really need it, especially for someone who relies on it when working from home.

The most god awful provider

The most god awful provider you can imagine,every months at least once the Internet is gone for two days,and who's to blame?Their provider,and you will not get money off for not having access,I'm stuck for a year because they aren't getting a early contract cancellation fee, they are awful,and they do lie about their service,go to Vodafone or 3,stay away from imagine they are dreadful

Good onboarding experience

I moved to a new address, where the previous owners were Imagine customers. I have reactivated the subscription and moved it into my name. During this process, I was interacting with Imagine support staff several times. They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. My broadband connection is up and running now, and the speed is decent. I'm a happy customer so far.

Slow download speed diagnosed

Had an issue where downloads were taking much longer than expected even though speed test suggested that our speeds were perfectly fine. I connected with Ammarin via the live chat and they patiently assisted as we diagnosed and eventually found the speed issue to be on the download host side.

Avoid Imagine

Avoid Imagine. I cancelled my broadband with Imagine as fibre was available in my area . I received emails about my account being suspended. Never did I receive a email about breaching my contract . Nor was I told when I phoned to cancel my account. Imagine lifted almost €600 out of my account 4 months after I cancelled. When I rang up to query it ... they told me it was in the terms and conditions. I asked for the emails to be resent to me and not one of those emails mentioned breaching contract or lifting that amount of money from my account! But apparently it's in the terms and conditions. If I wanted my money back , I would have to come back as a customer.
I would ask anyone who reads this review to avoid Imagine. Our Internet speeds always slowed up towards the end of the month, I always got emails about our fair usage was almost up and therefore our speed would be reduced. Since moving companies... none of this rubbish . Much better companies out there with far better communication and speeds .
4th Nov , update email received from imagine , basically stating that they are right and I am wrong ! Totally ignored my queries . Definitely avoid .

DO NOT PURCHASE BROARDBAND FROM IMAGINE…

DO NOT purchase Broadband from this company,terrible customer service ,problem is all our fault ,signal into the house very strong ,we must have multiple items downloaded masses all day ,every day lol ,impossible to get out of the contract without paying a fortune, never ever go with this company IMAGINE !!!! Only good thing is they will soon be obsolete as fiber broadband now available and they will soon disappear!!!
Recieved the automated reply as to all the 1 star review ,just let's you know what this company is all about lol !!
