We had a small misunderstanding an human error. The cafe7 team handled is super well and everything was sorted out super fast and no additional cost.

I highly recommend them.
The item is really good value. After it was ordered, it was shipped and arrived very quickly. The Cafe7 manager was very friendly and helpful on the phone.

We have purchased a coffe syrup rack with pickup option. Shop was closed at time agreed, nobody showed up. I have called the shop, no answer or followup call.
In fairness, the goods did arrive with a packet of Caron coffee as a kind gesture. The goods were were not suitable, but I was given a refund immediately, and provided with a label to return the goods.

Purchased a Sage coffee machine online after seeing a better price than anywhere else. Delivered the next day with a free sachet of ground coffee. Very impressed with their fast delivery service and keen price. Prompt chat on website too.

Needed to upgrade my coffee machine. Had contacted a number of outlets and from my initial contact found Cafe 7 most obliging, prompt and easy to work with.
Many customers commented on the quality of the coffee.A special call out to Hashime. You are so dependable.
Plus there was always someone at the end of a phone to work through any minor issues.
I will be availing of their services next year .
