After using the 1st generation Balzy shaver for almost a year, the motor became less powerful and now the shaver no longer charges. Customer service was informed about this complaint but no response. Balzy has now introduced the successor with a lot of media attention: the shaver 4.0 Apparently the first customers were guinea pigs and Balzy developed an improved version. But what good does that do me now? I'm very disappointed

The Bush Buster shaver was so good by Balzy been water proof & been USB charging they have thought out side the box,soon as I seen Balzy was selling a Snout Scraper I had to have it as I’ve tryed the rest now have the best,as I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed,just can’t have a proper conversation with people having nostril hairs hanging out as I go bogged eyed thinking it mybe a bogey sticking out as get side tracked very easy,if it was me I would appreciate that person more for telling me!

This is the second time i'm buying the 3.0. The first time the 3.0 kept turning on randomly and after that the battery could not charge anymore. Used it only once.
Bought it a second time because the 3.0 is a good product to use. As long as you're not doing crazy manouvres down there. You'll be allright
Unfortunately the delivery took a long time because of the postal office but Balzy fixes the issue in a great way.

Great personal feeling, awesome product only downside is that the first one only lasted for 2 years.
The product itself does an great job, the contact is fast en friendly and also the shipment is quick.

The marketing would like you to believe that this product is a life changer but it's not. It's a pretty good product for your groin but not for the whole body. It fails to move in line with your body's contour and that's a big disappointment.

The whole process from getting to know BALZY to using their products went so nice and smoothly. I finally started to want to take care of my body more seriously and I found BALZY to be THE company to offer me the tools, guides and other help to achieve what I want. Everything I needed to know was either in the box or on the site and the quality and ease of use of the product was top notch.
I'd really reconmend BALZY's product for any man actually wanting to get the care they need for body, butt and balls.

I ordered a trimmer which sadly broke after the first charge. The battery was unable to hold any power. They were very helpful and quick to send a replacement. However, the replacement also died after first use. After reporting this I got a full refund. Very helpful service. Absolutely appaling product quality. Look somewhere else for your trimning needs.

Amazing product, I really love the packaging and the way how it's personalized. I also loved how it feels when you hold it, it gives you the feeling that you are in a full control. When using it it also does what it promises. I really recommend it and I'm very happy with the results so far :-)

I bought a trimmer and a soap. I came on time, I did not cut once with the trimmer and it trims very well - never used LED before but its a must. The soap smells nice, cleans nice. No reason not to reccomend

Great help of customer service quick response had an issue with the device but it was fixed appropriately. Products are of high standard and very durable all together a very nice company and nice experience!

Works really well, shaves really close to the skin, has a long battery life and a great design. They also deliver really quick, ordered it at 23:45 and it was delivered the next day on a Saturday!

Often we find people that ignore our instructions and go 'full force' on their body, may cut themselves, especially on the more delicate parts. Thats why it comes with instructions and safety guards.
