I've been looking at this jewelry for a while on social media and finally decided to order as a birthday present to myself! I ordered 3 chains (name, year, initial). They far exceeded my expectations. I wore them for a photoshoot and they really popped in the pictures.

Really good with tracking as well as shipping time!! I got a necklace with my boyfriends name and im OBSESSED its so cute and not bulky at all!! It doesnt feel uncomfortable or nothing and it absolutely elevates all of my outfits!! I really do reccomend and I will be shopping again!

These are great pieces, they are birthday gifts so I wish the little cards came for each gift, but I guess since I bought a couple at one time it only came with one card- and the card it’s to show how to maintain the jewelry. But I will definitely buy more.

I bought two necklaces one with my full name and another with just my initial and I love them. I love that they’re sweatproof (because I sweat a lot) and that I don’t have to take them off everytime I shower because they’re rust proof and water resistant.

Dorado honored a warranty on a specialized name order necklace , when the chain broke after 3 months. I am more than amazed! This is such a reputable company I have already recommended to friends. The necklace is beautiful and my granddaughter is so proud to wear it!

I ordered from Dorado and didn’t get what I was expecting at all the hoop earrings were extremely small and the necklaces were too small and felt as if they could easily break. You see all these people raving about how nice their pieces are but they must be getting paid to lie. The same day I received them is the same day I requested to return them only for their customer service team to say they respond within 12-72 hours although their website says 12-24 hours when I finally get an email asking for my order number and and name on my order they took another 12-72 hours to respond back just to tell me that if it reaches 10 days I can’t return the products and to send them pictures if I want to continue the return. However it’s taking 3 days to respond to each email. By the time I get any return information of course it’s gonna be 10 days. I feel scammed and will never order from them again and I will
Make sure I tell everyone not order from them. And one more things they’re trying to offer store credit as a fix when it’s returned. NO I didn’t pay in store credit so I don’t want a store credit.

I LOVE this necklace I just don’t want to take it off I got it with my husband’s name and he loved it too! It’s a good sturdy chain and didn’t turn my neck green! It also arrived earlier than expected so big bonus! I will be buying from dorado again soon. ☺️

The necklace was very pretty & it has some nice weight to it. I will say due to high demand the tracking process to see every step wasn’t very accurate but once I sent customer service an email they updated me. I love my necklace!
