I accidentally entered my surname incorrectly when booking my flight through FlySharp. I called customer service, and Agent Rachit was incredibly helpful. He corrected my name quickly and didn’t charge any fee. Excellent customer service—thank you, Rachit, for making the process so easy!

I am only saying a fact about your company to save the public from the trap of your injustice. As you are very unjust to me. And you avoid to take any responsibility. I felt cheated and very disappointed by Fly sharp company and their staff. Very unreliable and negligent.

I personally dealt with an extremely helpful gentlemen called Robin who made a name change on my ticket as painless as he could considering it was £135.00 which was very painful and the most I've ever had to pay for a name change, over double infact but nevertheless Robin was very good at assisting me 5 stars for Robin 2 stars for fly sharp and indigo for the name change fee!
