I had put in the wrong size for two shirts I have ordered and emailed them in a hurry worried in case they didn’t fit,the next day I got an email back saying they will swap it out for me and they did

Since finding King-size, I have not stopped ordering for my son! I can not recommend this company highly enough. The quality, choice and value of the clothing is incredible. I have been absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service also. Lovely hand written personal notes in with deliveries and a genuine desire to help in any way. I just find dealing with King size, like a breath of fresh air. My son is now able to wear fantastic brands in his size without feeling awkward or self conscious. Five stars are not enough! Excellent service, arrived less than 22 hours after ordering. I made an error during checkout and emailed to get it sent with DPD rather then Fastway and it was actioned immediately with no problem at all.
Third delivery and has always been excellent, on previous one of my items wasn’t available and was offered refund or replacement by email and also phone after I hadn’t seen my emails.

Consistent great service from Kingsize. They have always have a great selection of clothes for the larger gent. And sometimes (a lot of the time) you can pick up a good bargain in the Sale. Delivery is always quick and also handy being able to collect at the Dublin store.

Was looking for Some new tshirts for a holiday for my husband.6"3 and 5xl Long. When I made the order I got a WhatsApp from customer service telling me 2 items I ordered were out of stock they gave me two options 1.go ahead with the order 2. replace the items that were missing. They sent me a picture of the alternative they were offering. Just by going that extra mile it confirmed to me I had made the right choice with Kingsize The order arrived so quickly and in time for the holiday

Found this website a few months ago and it is wonderful to get clothes that actually fit my husband. We have ordered several times online and visited the Galway shop a couple of times. Fantastic team working there, could not do enough for us but were not pushy or in your face.

I've ordered multiple times off them and each time they have been swift with shipping my orders, so much so they've arrived before I was expecting them. Any time I've had issues with sizing, the staff have been great at sorting out a different size or refund

I recently ordered some clothing online. They were some polo shirts and the brand was Jack and Jones. I ordered these tops in my usual size 4xl and I also ordered another top from the brand D555 and again it was size 4xl. The D555 top arrived and was a UK 4xl which is what I wanted. The Jack and Jones polo shirts came and were a EU 4xl which is equal to a UK 2xl so these tops were to small for me. I called the Galway shop to arrange a return label to send the Jack and Jones tops back but was told that I ordered the wrong size as they were a european shop using euro sizes. I asked why the D555 brand came in UK 4XL if they were only using eu sizes. It does not say this on their website. If the use euro sizes why did the D555 brand come in
the required 4xl UK size i ordered, and I have in the past ordered Jack and Jones t-shirts and hoodies in my size and all have come back in UK sizes. Kingsize said I would have to pay the of postage of the items back even though they have not clearly stated their sizing on their website. I did return the items and get a full refund by actually bring them to the shop in Galway. Again I was told the EU sizing is what was used in the shop but when I mentioned the D555 brand the shop assistant just shrugged their shoulders and could not give a answer.
