Hnry has made running my business so much easier. I’m a sole trader and I’d rather spend my time doing the actual work than getting bogged down in paperwork and administration. Hnry takes care of the tax side of things, BAS and payments, and makes invoicing and keeping everything organised really simple.
What I particularly like is that it just works in the background. I know my tax obligations are being looked after and I can concentrate on my customers and my business. The app is straightforward, and the whole system has taken a lot of the stress out of being self-employed.
I’ve been really happy with Hnry and would happily recommend it to other sole traders.

I have been using HNRY for nearly 2 years. It was pretty easy to set up and having an actual team of accountants behind the app is why I am still using it today. they have answered all of my questions and even called me personally to make sure my query/situation was resolved. from kiwisaver to acc to g.s.t. they handle it all and expenses are super easy to claim. This is why I give HNRY 5 stars and would recommend this platform to sole traders.

After using xero for several years I have found hnry much better for myself. Having my tax prepaid is a game changer for me and saves a lot of tax anxiety which I was never good at. Highly recommend 👌💯

So easy. Everything's done for you. Great information on what items I can claim on and they figure out all the deductions for you.

Easy to use and takes the stress out of running a small business.

I’m a small user. Doesn’t make any difference to Hnry. The service and ease of use is outstanding

If you want a nice clean app to process your deductions and you have a simple tax situation, I am sure Hnry will be fine.
If you want tax advice from people who know what they're talking about, try elsewhere. Several times I have asked questions about how to allocate something and received categorically wrong information, often after a long delay. Sometimes my messages or emails are entirely ignored. A couple of times I have attempted to phone the number (which is well hidden on their website) and no one has ever picked up the phone.
On their website they say they are capable of supporting customers with more than just a sole trader income, but that really is not correct.

Hnry makes doing your invoices and tax returns nice and simple. I think all sole traders should use it!

They do what they say they'll do, real people there to help.

My experience since being with HNRY has been so easy and simple that app is easy to use communication with the team at HNRY has been amazing.

Hnry has made a significant difference in my life as an autistic adult with limited executive functioning. It has given me the opportunity to operate as an independent business owner without becoming overwhelmed by financial administration. Using Hnry has greatly reduced the risk of my business shutting down due to poor financial management, which I experienced ten years ago, and it has provided the stability and support I need to remain self employed with confidence.

The company so far has been very helpful for me to get invoices sent to clients and the ease of my mind that I don’t have to worry about taxes they all get payed very pleased to be with Hnry

I haven't been on the HNRY system for long as a sole trader but my experience to date has been great, I have always worked for someone else (big companies) so starting out on my own was scary especially the business admin and accounting side. All looked after now!

The Henry team is very capable, effiencet, and a pleasure to work with. There are many things Henry just takes the cake for, greatly appreciate all the Henry team does for myself and my business.
