There is no high pressure salesman following you through the store. The salesman directed us to the articles we were searching for than let us shop checking back occasionally but letting us discuss different choices at our leisure. When we had final decisions on our articles he then answered our questions with knowledgeable answers then stepped away until we reached our final decision. Arrangement for payment and delivery were extremely quick and easy. Great store our second major purchase from them

Pretty easy all around sales and delivery process. Their delivery / setup fees are reasonable compared to other stores. No issue with delivery and setup and the chair was wrapped up well to prevent damage.

Went over the weekend and looked at all the different options. Staff was friendly and greeted us at the door. There was no pressure to buy, but staff was there if we had questions. They have a great selection of furniture and customization. Jenny helped us with our order and made the process easy.

Evan, at the Richardson store was very personable and attentive to my special needs. He remembered special features I had previously mentioned and made sure that I was comfortable with my final choice. The entire staff waa friendly.
I will return. I recommend this place for anyone looking for furniture.

The store is set up beautifully and furniture looks like good quality and prices are good.
I liked that there were some fabric options on several pieces, however it would be helpful if there were fabric samples to check out.

The shopping experience was excellent. The salespeople left us alone to shop. When we did have questions they were very quick to answer them without being pushy. When we did decide on what we wanted, they were quick to write up our order and arrange delivery. The delivery team was on time and very efficient, both in delivery and in cleanup.

This place is awesome! Very nice furniture with some amazing pricing! The staff was very friendly. They greeted us when we walked in, asked if we were looking for wanting specifically, and showed us where to look and let us be! They didn't stalk us at all, checked on us every once in a while to check on us but a great overall experience.

They were here in the early part of their delivery time frame. There was enough delivery persons to ensure no damage between the truck and inside delivery. Happy employees!

Every time we've stepped into the store, it has been a wonderful experience. No hounding from sales people, just friendly check ins. Tim, Emma, Innocent and one more gentleman whose name I can't recall (had a cowboy hat on the first time we met), were all wonderful. The complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream is a great touch! They even have a TV playing children's movies with seating at the back of the store. Furniture is beautiful and we found our bedroom set here. Trusting that the process will remain positive through to the end!

I had previously contacted Home Zone Furniture via email and telephone calls regarding the replacement of a leg for my Monroe Bench. After several attempts I was unsuccessful in getting it replaced. In spite of, I decided that I would give it one last try in hopes that I would be successful. Much to my surprise, I was pleased to hear from Kelly that within 2 weeks I would receive 4 legs in lieu of 1 and a Customer Service Agent named Felix would come to my home to install them. I was informed via email and text messages from his arrival to his departure. Everyone did a great job 👏

This company provided excellent customer service. Our salesperson, Malik, was so inviting and helpful when we were looking for a specific kind of twin sleeper sofa. He was attentive to our request and did a wonderful job helping us find exactly the piece of furniture that we needed. It was so nice to walk into this lovely store and be able to find an actual example on the floor of the item that we needed and be able to try it out. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service we received from Home Zone.

No pressure sales. Professional people, decent prices. The only question is the commercial says made in Texas, the boxes say " Made in Vietnam".
