This made me more attractive to other institutions offering credit. At one point, I stopped my subscription, but I noticed my credit score dropped, so I re-subscribed. Had an email from loqbox after experian help. Closed my account in June so cancelled my direct debit but they still sent me 43 emails for payment of which i responded to their so called team. They put this on my credit file of which they are supposed to help give me a break they are flipping useless left me so i can't get a mortgage. No contact number but email what is never answered

Easy way to save money and not have an easy way to access it, this removes temptation. When it came to an end, it was an easy process to transfer the funds into my account, with no fees to do so. In addition, my credit has increased since starting my loqbox account

Edit: I had a response from Mayra in the Senior Team who was very helpful and my complaint/refund is now processed. Bad experience initially, but Mayra did listen to my feedback - it just shouldn't have needed to escalate so high.

I urge you not to use this company! I signed up and immediately cancelled, got an email confirming this and that no payments were due. On 1st November they suddenly take £12.50. Refusing to refund I am having to report to my bank. AVOID,

I only gave it one star to write a review. My husband cancelled his account months ago. They still demanded payment. They sent him 43 emails demanding payment even though he had Cancelled. He even replied to their emails telling them but no one ever replies back. They went and put it on his credit file. My husband got in touch with Experian who then told the company to take it off my husbands credit file. They still haven't done it.
This is stopping us getting a mortgage.
There's no phone numbers to actually speak to people . They are not interested in sorting things out they just want your money .

The company is amazingly great, helping people to improve their financial stand using the credit score. When I started some months ago, I felt it would just be like any other app introduced to me in the past. But to my greatest surprise, Loqbox has improved my credit score lifting it from 450 to 630 within a space of 3 months. I will continue to invest in the company because they are trustworthy, truthful and upto to whatever they say. Guys try and work with this company, and you won't regret it.

I have used LoqBox for 2 years now and chances are will continue to use it.
It an easy way to build your credit score with not having to anything more than make a payment every month. My payout is alway just before Christmas and helps with the finances around the busy (costly) part of year.

Loqbox is the real deal, I’ve seen my credit score improve a lot in the last two years by being consistent in my monthly payments and reading the free resources available. I started off with £50 monthly payments to see what it was all about. When I cashed out what I saved, I decide to go again for another year but this time did £100 monthly which I don’t regret because the results are evident in my credit score. I’ve recommended people and they too are seeing improvements.
