Health Insurance

I spoke to Jacinta re my health plan. She was very helpful and patient as I went through my family's health insurance. She even followed up with another call just to see if all was OK. I was able to adjust my plan to suit my family,s needs with no hassle.

My Health Policy was due to expire at…31/12/2022

My Health Policy was due to expire at the end of December 2022 and whilst I had done some initial research on plans on the website of my Health Provider I was still mesmerised. Fortunately a day or two later I had a telephone call from Lyons to discuss my requirements and to recommend a suitable Plan for me. I was delighted as this is always a very stressful task for me. Jacinta was very pleasant and helpful .

Excellent customer service

I phoned Lyons Financial for advice and I was very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the lady who dealt with me. She was extremely helpful and gave me good advice. She also undertook to email me a copy of my insurance documents which I received as promised.

I rang Lyons Financial before renewing…

I rang Lyons Financial before renewing my health insurance online. There was no one free to take my call but I received a call back from Jacinta within 30 minutes. I told her that I felt that my cover was too much and she was very happy to go over the plan that I had been quoted for and then talked me through another plan which came in a bit cheaper and which I felt was adequate for what I needed. All in all I felt that she was very well informed and explained the difference in both policies in order for me to make a informed choice.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, knew what she was talking about and was able to give me all the information I needed and provide additional information. She was quick and concise and did not put me under any pressure to complete the policy renewal, offering to call me back next week. However, I was very satisfied and completed the policy renewal there and then. All documents were emailed to me almost immediately. Very happy and I have recommended to other colleagues. Thank you

Jacinta at Lyons Financial was excellent. Top notch customer service skills. She quickly put me at ease and helped with my dental renewal. As someone who is retired as a result of ill health she did not rush our transaction and understood immediately my initial query as well as that customers like me need a little extra time! My sincere thanks to her and her swift processing of my renewal. This is someone who clearly knows and understands people in the truest sense of diversity and delivering the best customer service experience - as well as completing the task at hand.

Lyons Agent helped me out in changing…

Lyons Agent helped me out in changing my existing plan which Irish Life had pressed ahead with. I was not aware of the 14 day cooling off period so she advised me that it was still not too late and went over all the entitlements of the newer Plan that I decided to go for. She was very reassuring and took the burden of having to contact Irish Life to change my plan as she took care of everything. Am most grateful. - Gerald.

Jacinta wasso helpful and

I had contacted the company to find out how to transfer my health insurance deductions to my pension following my retirement. The last I dealt with was so helpful and made the process very easy. She even called me after my retirement to ensure that I had all of the required information and that the transfer was successful.

Income Protection

I spoke with Cherry & Conor about Income Protection cover.

Good but not Proactive

Once I engaged the lady in Lyons FS I found her very good however LFS are never pro-active in getting me the best deal and I always have to explain that the cost is too high before LFS start looking around for me. Every year my renewal comes to me I end up checking HIA website and finding out that I could be paying less.
