I am a yoga and movement educator based in Ballina, Co Mayo in the West of Ireland. I look at movement as medicine, and teach in a way that will allow you to explore, connect and build awareness in your own body while empowering you to embody the process. I am an experienced teacher, teaching locally for over 10 years and am a qualified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. I specialise in Prenatal Yoga, Gentle and Energetic Flows and have been working one to one with clients in a therapeutic setting for a number of years. One to one sessions are tailored to an individuals needs and followed up with a short sample practice that can be worked into a daily routine. Clients will often seek out these sessions when in recovery from illness, stress, injury or recent surgeries to aid the healing process. One to one sessions are also used to deepen ones own practice or knowledge
