Regarding the cat refusing to use the litter box, I have a few suggestions to see if they can help you:
1. Do not change the litter when changing the litter box. Fill the new litter box with the litter that the cat is used to. Do not change the litter box and the litter at the same time;

2. Do not move the litter box when changing the litter box. Cats have their own fixed habits. Even if the litter box is changed, do not change the position;

3. Use poop as a guide and put the cat’s previous poop into the new litter box. The cat will feel safe when it smells its own unique scent.

4. For new users who switch from manual cat litter boxes to electric smart cat litter machines, some cats may be a little confused and afraid to use the rotating toilet. The owner can turn off the automatic cleaning mode function on the APP first to simulate the traditional manual litter box. When the cat litter machine is in use, the owner clicks the clean button on the machine to clean it after returning home at night, allowing the cat to adapt to it for a period of time before turning on the automatic cleaning mode function.
