Was sceptical to begin with and wasn’t to sure on if I would receive money after withdrawing.

Took over a week for the Sepa withdrawal, won £3000 and was given £2881 , this was due to “fees” , I was really pleased with the overall website and speed of the live chat , chased up the withdrawal and was sent proof the funds were sent. Just due to the time to receive the funds and losing out on over £100 is the reason for this lower score .

I was sceptical about joining mystake at first, hence coming on here to see the reviews but it’s been really good for me. What I will say is verify first as doing it when trying to withdraw is a lot harder. Well, what i can say...

This site is legit and actually will pay you out, but on the other side...

I am from Czech Republic.
I don't know if it applies to another countries, but it sure does to mine. The thing is when i deposited money the exchange rate was 1€ for 26.1 CZK

On the other hand when I withdrew, it dropped down to 1€ for 24.2

Keep in mind, that in both deposit and withdrawal, I used 0% transaction fee options.

I set up my account a few weeks ago, but accidentally set my currency as euros (EUR) instead of pounds (GBP). I emailed the support email to change my currency back to GBP, but I've been told by the team that this wasn't possible.

I'm hoping to get this issue resolved, as I'm looking forward to betting in the future, but I want to be able to do this in my local currency. Surely this is a simple fix?

Didn't know what to expect from this site, but gave it ago anyway. It's been excellent!!! Verification was easy. When trying to make a withdrawal had to verify cards back and front before I could withdraw. Had a little bit of an issue with the way my name appeared on one of my cards but this was easily resolved. Customer service has been excellent. Done bank transfer for withdraw and was in my account the next day. Currently have withdrew the weekly allowance, so hoping I have no issues trying to withdraw current balance in a few days. Plenty of games to choose from. I'm very happy with this site.
