They have great prices and their shipping is very quick that includes the duties/taxes. The customer service is very friendly and prompt anytime you reach out on Instagram. And they're there for you if there's ever an issue, for example some of their allocation didn't come in for one of the bandai playmats I ordered so they offered me a good discount on some other one piece or refund. I took the discount option and my products arrived very quickly. Great experience!

Matteo from Senpai was very understanding and accommodating. He had very good knowledge and very quick responses. My situation was very rare and he helped walk me through the faq and was very helpful in resolving my problem.

Bought a Dragon ball accessory set and it arrived quickly, well packed and as described. Will definitely buy again.

I bought Pokemon cards that were unfortunately overpriced. I contacted support directly about a cancellation, which they refused to offer. When I pointed out the additional environmental impact that shipping and returns would cause, I was ignored and never received a response. Now (more than 2.5 weeks after ordering), I've received the cards and have to return them at my own expense. The store is charging me an additional €10 for the service, which could have been avoided by canceling! Very poor customer service!
