Good quality but huge shipping price

Sklum selection is great, with a large range of prices. I'm very happy with the quality of my first order. However, the shipping price was really huge. I hesitated for 2 weeks, checking at competitors before finally ordering. You are the only eshop I use with these very expensive price. 30% of the item price in my case.

I bought the Janti set…

I bought the Janti set (outdoor_balcony) in Sep 2024.

Delivery: as scheduled and great transportation.
Package: well packed
Product: the color and design as shown
Quality: 8.5/10 since the gaps between the bars of the table were not treated well so it gets rusty too early after a month at the balcony (city environment)

Very happy! Exactly as pictured arrived within 14 days

Having read so many negative reviews I was really nervous to order from sklum but couldn’t find chairs as nice anywhere else. I took the risk, paid with PayPal for protection and I am delighted with my goods! They were packaged beautifully to fully protect the items and arrived within 14 days (I live in Newcastle in the UK). They are really good quality and exactly as pictured on the website. Didn’t give 5 stars as one of the five chairs has a tiny little scratch on it but I am honestly so happy to have received the goods after the things I had read as they are just what I wanted.

Very happy with my purchase,

Very happy with my purchase,
A long chest ,made it a natural product, beautifully made, very sturdy.
I brought it to hide shoes away, in the cloakroom, I can get ten pairs in comfortably.
It looks great.
Easy to assemble, as it was flat pack.
Packaged well and arrived on time and not damaged in anyway.
I was kept updated on it's location and arrival. Very happy with the service , could highly recommend. Thank you 🙂

Very very bad shipment experience

First of all the shipment was late twice. I spend 2 days at home and no one came in the time they told me.
Secondly and worst, the guy that delivering the package left the full pallet with the pallet included in the street. Instead of leaving the different boxes at least separate it and take the pallet which I did not order and was left in the street with the neighbours angry.
Apart from that I was alone and pregnant and he didnt offer the minimal support

We got 10 black Ores Stackable Garden…

We got 10 black Ores Stackable Garden Chair following a purchase of 4 high chairs/stool of the same brand. We simply loved each of those items we got from SKULM. High quality - sturdy material and good finish. We are very happy and highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern/ clean chair.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster, we are opening our restaurant on Saturday and still no chairs, only response I get every day is that they are preparing the order for the last week.
I can’t even cancel my order and get chairs somewhere else for my opening as they won’t let me.
Any professional out there never use them as it will effect your business and they don’t care. My order number is PRENHUSFS

Amazing garden set

Awful experience

I have done an order on two paintings on 16/09/24 and after I have done the order I have noticed that one of them it takes three months to be shipped. As I am looking today online the same painting is half price and available to be shipped straight away , and it is like that for two months . So I don’t understand why I couldn’t have had mine one shipped long time ago. I have paid for the delivery almost same amount as a painting. I am so sorry but terrible experience. It never happened to me with anything I bought before. I think you should do things differently and organise them better . I am really disappointed with this experience and I will never order again from this website.

Never received my order

I have been waiting for my order for FOUR months!!! Sklum is unreachable by phone and when I email to ask about my order, I only receive automated replies from a computer. I placed my order in July this year, and it’s now mid-November! I keep getting the same emails saying that my order is delayed, with a new expected delivery date. That date keeps getting pushed back, and I cannot speak to any 'real' person. Will I ever receive this order?? Very, very poor service!

Delayed shipping even though item in stock. Ordered on 17th october. 12 working day shipment window passed. Now chat bot saying approximately 11th November. What is the big hold up? If items are not in stock ready for shipment then do not pretend they are. You website is super slick and easy to navigate. I wish the shopping experience matched it. Order HHCXLBFLX

I like the sofa

I like the sofa, it's quality and craftsmanship, however, the cost of the shipping is not equivalent to its length of the waiting period. The waiting time supposed to be 10-12 days, not the four weeks as I happened in my case.
