Quick delivery and that’s about the only good thing. Customer service is virtually unreachable.
I reached out multiple times to get help with a return and they don’t answer their email. Their message prompt on the website is broken and me and my husband have tried it on multiple devices. It says error message or doesn’t register the button being pushed. They have no phone number. There is literally no way to contact this company, and additionally, the whole website and verbiage looks EXTREMELY AI generated. I don’t trust this company. They’re essentially a glorified drop-shipper. I can’t believe I was so dumb to trust it in the first place.
On top of all that, customer pays 20% restocking fee with minimum $10 fee, and you pay return shipping too!!! So scammy.

I have been trying to contact someone to find out where my robot cleaner is. I have been given no information, but they have $1,299 dollars for the purchase of the product. I have no idea if the product has been mailed.
The contact us is useless.

I made an order of an item in stock, with a clear delivery date of 14th August. Without me knowing, the order was updated to 21st August. No explanation or contact.

Upon trying to contact them, it turns out that this is some place in Austria with no phone number or way to contact them than an email.

I have emailed to ask why the order date has been delayed with no contac. I am not expecting a response and will cancel the order I suspect.

I have purchased a sand filter/pump for my pool, but the fittings do not fit. I have emailed twice now and have been given conflicting and confusing advice. I just need to make this pump fit my pool!

Good price for the goog quality product. Had to weight a while, which made me think that the order may not arrive at all, but it turned up yesterday, now everithing is fine.

After alot of research came across this shop. Was a bit skeptical given the prices but after checking previous reviews decided to order. The full order included a 12ft pool, filter and ladder which was considerably cheaper than buying here (Ireland). Free shipping and tracking number supplied. I would have no hesitation ordering from this shop again.

Living in Ireland we have little in the way of pool retail outlets and what is here is very expensive. After doing some research I found Pool.shop and the stock and prices were great. Ordered new pool and solar cover and it arrived just over a week later. Free delivery over €100 spent and comes from Austria with tracking and full communication throughout. They also provided the brand new upgraded version of the pool without the compression band that was subject to a recall last year. Brilliant service.

Bought a cue on April 16th and still no information on April 22nd regarding delivery.

Tracking system completely useless with no delivery information and zero responses to my emails.

In general, they have good prices and favorable cost shipping (depending on the country you are in). On my last order, they send me 20g Chlorine tabs instead of 200g. I reported this error and they were ready to exchange, but since these are consumables anyway, I placed a new order for 200g. Without asking they gave me an additional discount/refund. Miso thanks!

Delivered to Ireland via FedEx in just a few days. Great service and value. Very pleased.

Helpful and trustworthy but unreliable and dishonest shop with slow delivery, good service, and fake sales / price manipulation. Purchased a spa from them for € 1.098,99 without discount. It arrived ~1 week late. They offered no compensation. Had an issue with it and they helped me get a free replacement from the manufacturer. Shortly thereafter they raised the price to € 1.199,00 and claimed it was down 14% from € 1.398,99. Late thereafter they raised the price again to € 1.398,99.

Update (04/11/2024): They sell a plastic double step for €98.99 (!) and still charge delivery because they only offer free delivery on orders above €99.89 (how convenient).

Spent nearly £1000 on items from Pools Shop, two months of use and one small part fails within warranty. Thought it would be an easy fix but no, neither Pools Shop or Steinbach are interested in a small part which only retails for £5.... they won't replace and say I will have to buy for £25 - really bad service and cheaply made plastic parts which break after a short time... buy elsewhere and buy better.

Bought a pump when wrong and they replaced it- good customer service and good price.

Ordering via the website was easy. Clear updates were given by email and UPS delivered my parcel to the UK in only a few days. Good price too for a quality sand filter and pump combination.
