While the delivery was very prompt for the dog lodge and I say thank you but I must say the assembly was difficult. The grooves did not line up on the back no matter how I tried with the result that I had to assemble it anyway so is not a success and bring plastic one could not put force on them. Terribly disappointed. Noreen

Great service ordered food for my 2 dogs and I received the very next day which was brilliant I ordered from another store before that and 5 days I had to wait on dog food so brilliant that I received the good the next day thank you x

The assembly of the kennel was easy. But on of the side panels was bent so trying to get it slot in took some ingenuity cause it kept popping out.

Fantastic company. They didn’t have everything I ordered in stock so emailed to let me know within a few hours of the order and gave me the bigger size of dental stick to compensate for the missing medium size I was after. My dog was very happy with the upgrade.
