I was so happy about my first filter that I order also for the bathroom a filter.

Really happy with the Puure filter. Although we've always had nice tasting tap water, recent works a few months ago by Yorkshire Water left our tap water tasting decidedly off to say the least. The Puure filter makes our tap water taste as good as it was, if not better and is now a big part of our wider plan to cut out plastics in our household.

One thing that is very interesting - Since being a kitten, our cat has always used a water fountain that I have deep cleaned every week. By this, I mean completely disassembling the pump and cleaning each individual component. Since we installed the Puure filter, not only does he use his fountain considerably more, the pump and said components have been consistently cleaner, to the point where they look as though they have just been cleaned, even after a full week of use.

I've waited a while to post this review, just to be sure that the filter has been making the difference I think it has, but each time I taste tap water elsewhere, clean the cat's water fountain or try bottled water etc, I really can't argue with the results - an excellent product that I can't recommend enough.

Easy to fit and works well

After some query about the lack of filter cartridge with the order one is on its way free of charge. Impressed so far !

The Pure water filter was very easy to fit. My tap water is already drinkable but the filter gives me extra peace of find.

Great service, good value and clean delicious water

Great quality product! Easy to fit with no issues at all so far. Only been using it a short time, but have noticed a difference in the water quality and taste. I bought the additional aerator which works well with a good all round spray function which is handy for rinsing the sink etc. I also like the valve enabling you to switch between filtered and none filtered water which will save on filter usage. Would definitely recommend this filter and have now disposed of the bulky jug from the worktop so alls good!

Delivery is really slow. Misleading dispatch info. And the coating on the unit itself keeps peeling after being replaced already.
Much more convenient than a Brita filter jug but not sure on the filtration as the water doesn’t necessarily taste any cleaner.

The filter was easy to fit, I purchased the directional nozzle which is brilliant.
We are very happy with our purchase.
Hopefully we will have no problems in the future.

Had an issue with my first tap but the customer service was very quick to resolve it.
Since then, I am LOVING this product. I wish I got a puure filter sooner. Soo much more convenient than the brita jugs

Attractive, high quality unit. Easy to install and to change filter cartridges. Very easy to use and removes all the faff of refilling filter jugs. Only downside is cartridges are not yet recyclable.

You could, in the handbook, say to check to see if the the filter in the unit is still wrapped up. Spent ages thinking it was not working till I checked.

I have had puure filters in the kitchen and on my shower for some time now. You certainly know the difference in the drinking water. Customer service ( for a minor issue) is prompt, friendly and helpful. I have reached out to then to encourage research into recyclable filters, which I understand is ongoing.

I really like the product and the tap water tastes vastly better. No more bulky water filter jig on the kitchen side or taking up most of the fridge shelf! Installation was a piece of cake. The delivery was slow which was the only downside.

Small issue with my unit, immediate response and replacement on its way. Cannot believe how good the water quality is from this little unit. Had it 7 months now and used every day. So so pleased I took the chance and purchased it.

Love our Puure filter, no bench clutter, fabulous tasting water & knowing there are no nasties is great. The company were very quick to respond to queries regarding fittings to our tap. Highly recommended!
