I have ordered hundreds of dollars from M&S in the last year. Previously the orders were processed and shipped in a very timely manner.
My recent order was delayed by over a week and a half, and most likely wouldn’t have even been shipped at that point until I contacted CS and was told that the order had not been processed because one of the 7 items purchased was not in stock and would be available until Black Friday when a new shipment arrived from the manufacturer. I requested a substitute and the agents Luke and Joe fulfilled the request and shipped the order. When it finally arrived another BOGO item was missing and clearly showing on the shipping manifest that “0” of that item was included.
In my opinion, I understand that things go OOS and the like, but had I not followed up I probably would’ve not heard anything from the company and still be waiting.
In addition I referred a new customer who is used to ordering from Amazon Prime with 2 day delivery.
I think they are going to be very disappointed in the service from M&S.

I have placed many orders and I've never been disappointed. Huge selection of top quality products, as well as fitness and nutrition advice. Always great deals and sales. Shipping is good. I will continue to purchase. Just wish there was an app!

Terrible customer service as I ordered on the 25th Sept and never received my items and after numerous calls with customer service/live chat they said my order was lost. I had 2 options, either place the order again or get a refund. Since they offered me no goodwill gesture, I took the refund.
Then I keep getting text messages from TransGlobal saying I need to pay a fee of around £35 (which is slightly more than my order) to release my items which have an import VAT to pay. Once I contacted customer services, they told me its VAT which the local office had made a mistake and I have to pay. I wasn't suppose to pay anything as when I bought the items the price was final and inclusive of the import taxes. So where has this charge come from? I said they should just sort it out and ship the items as a good will gesture, but the customer services advisor said you have to pay or they will return the items back to us.
I won't be ordering again from Muscle and Strength and I don't expect anyone to action or read this feedback as they have terrible customer service.

It took them 3 weeks to ship my package because they forgot or something, After that it took over a month after that to arrive and even then it did not arrive at my house but a local post office that I had to drive too and wait 20 minutes in line to get my package. The package itself was in bad shape but thankfully, none of the things I ordered were fragile.

As usual my order of L-Arginine arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged, and I already know the quality is top shelf as are all M & S products I've tried over the past couple of years since becoming a regular customer.
