Following an initial conversation with Michelle regarding a specific cruise we were interested in she was exceptional in providing us with all the information we requested. Every detail and option was clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact she was the reason we chose to book as her professionalism and knowledge gave us complete confidence.
