First time needing prescription glasses, was sort of overwhelmed thinking about the process at first. Talked to a friend that purchased glasses through you guys, he made it seem really easy, and I can now confirm, it was super simple trying on glasses w/ a webcam and picking from all of the options. Easy to find what I want, virtual try on is so cool, and there is so much selection. The frame prices are reasonable and the prescription prices are reasonable. I love eyebuy direct and have been buying frames here for years.

Being new to glasses I'm super excited to have such affordable options to have multiple pairs and styles as I adjust to my new reality. The ability to see the frames on the fact as will as the measurements - The easy returns if you do not like the frames or the prescription is a bit off. The glasses I used to buy were 3 times as much. Now, I can buy more frequently as my prescription changes.

I ordered glasses to use with my computer and followed the appropriate instructions on the website. What was delivered focused at somewhere between 35" and 40" and was unusable. After discussing with Eyebuydirect, and making it clear that I use my computer at about 28", they sent me a second pair but these had almost the same focus distance and were equally unusable. I called again twice and had promises of a call backs but have heard nothing. Previously, I've had good success with them, but clearly their computer people must sit a long distance from their screens!

I like the selection of frames at good prices, even the designer frames weren't too bad, and the fact that they have transitions colors I haven't seen on other glasses sites is awesome I love having so many color options for both frames and lenses

Easy and quick ordering. Re-orders are a breeze. I just changed my saved prescription, added new options, and I was completely finished in under 10 minutes! The discounts offered saved me about 50%.

Your lens order was wrong on the last two reading glasses and when I tried to re-order you tried to increase my lens cost by over $100 for exactly the same lenses. The combination of inaccurate order delivery and “bait and switch“ lens pricing combined with Asian. Customer Service was maddening. We’ll see if you do better the second time.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Really great quality, so easy to work with if any issue arises, so helpful when ordering and their immediate help when not sure on how to order or input information. Their virtual fitting application is simply amazing. The glasses you receive is exactly how they looked on the virtual fitting during the ordering process. Bravo!!!

SO EASY! I was prepared to spend $500+ on frames and lenses in my local office. However, EBD has triple the selection and for way less. Was able to find a perfect pair.

There is a reasonable selection of glasses and a great price compared to getting glasses at an eye doctor's office. I ordered a pair of bifocal computer glasses, and they work well! I've talked to customer service and used the chat feature, and both were customer-friendly. I wish there were more flexibility in ordering lenses. I don't like the anti-reflective coating, as it makes glasses harder to clean. Plus, I like the line for my bifocal segment a little lower than the standard.

Tried to order second pair of glasses for reading but the website would not let me order plain lenses without expensive addons. It would not let me go to the checkout without taking a $10 pair of reading glasses to over $70. So I’ll buy them at the dollar store.
I did put an order in for driving glasses and have had good luck ordering in the past. Don’t know why the website has become so difficult now getting through the ordering process.

The email got me to go ahead and decide and do something I wanted to do anyway. They had the type of frame I was looking for. With the ability to put prescription lens in it. I believe I’ve had your product before so I think I was pleased with it last time. I can’t remember with all the stuff I do. But this was so easy I could just sit here with my coffee and order some new glasses. And the payment options were awesome because I wanted to pair that cost more than I expected but was able to get a payment plan with one of The companies you offer. It was easy and convenient. Great job guys. I expect high-fives and pats on the back all around. And Bill go ahead and get coffee for everybody. On the company. And get some pizza over here.

My husband absolutely loves them! He can see better than with those than he could with the ones he got at the eye doctor. They fit great, they look great, and they'r really comfortable! In fact he just ordered a pair of sunglasses in the same style. I also have ordered myself a pair.
