Everyone deserves a second change
After placing my review about my experience they settled and paid the full amount back. I hope they will use this review to update their booking information/APP to give customers a good experience.
In the end, if the customer is the most important thing in your company than you deserve at least 3 stars out of 5.

If you have any problems what so ever with this company/tour they will do everything possible to take the money without delivering any service.
Also, "compensation" is a word they never heard about.
We booked a tour for the afternoon (last minute). There was no start time communicated. The next day early in the morning we received an email: "Sorry we already left". They did not call us, they did not take any effort to wait for us. Conclusion 200 euro's paid, did not receive a guided tour, did not receive any service or compensation and there was no possibility to reschedule this booking on a later time.
So beware!: if you book for an afternoon tour you will get an early morning tour. Be sure to be on time, even if you don't know how late to be there. Because if you are to late with their time schedule they won't wait for you neither will they call you and you won't get a refund.
