How It Works
KICKS CREW operates by connecting shoppers with authorized retailers and renowned brands worldwide. This global network allows the platform to source shoes at competitive prices, offering customers a steady stream of new arrivals and a wide range of rare and hard-to-find sneakers.
After an order is placed, a bespoke number is assigned to each retailer source. During the authentication process, our CREW tags each pair of sneakers with our signature RFID zip tie.
The RFID tags enable customers to check all info regarding the purchased item, including purchase date, price model, sizing, and more. We are also able to trace every step and look back on every pair to the retailer they came from.
Verified authenticity
Every item sold on KICKS CREW is sourced directly from authorized retailers and brands. Before shipping, each item passes through our quality control centre, where it is inspected and verified against our authenticity and quality standards.
KICKS CREW makes sure each item comes in excellent condition. Each item is brand new and never worn.

They officially admitted their mistake via email and promised a full refund of $718.89. However, since September 16, they are refusing to send the return shipping label and ignoring my emails. 20+ Pairs Later — KICKSCREW Has Never Let Me Down!
I’ve purchased over 20 pairs of Nike Vomero 5s from KICKSCREW, and I can genuinely say I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.
Every pair I’ve received has been authentic, brand new, and exactly as expected. What I especially appreciate is that they really seem to make an effort to source the pair and size you’re looking for as quickly as possible.
After more than 20 purchases, I think I’ve given them a pretty fair test 😂, and they’ve consistently delivered. Great selection, authentic products, and reliable service. I’ll definitely continue shopping with KICKSCREW and would absolutely recommend them based on my experience.

The quality of the shoes was good
The quality of the shoes was good, however both pairs were different sizes than what was ordered, with inconsistencies between US/UK/EU sizing comparisons. I would not order again based on this, especially in combination with high pricing and delayed shipping. A premium price demands accurate sizing at a minimum. Shipping delays completely negate the possibility of return and exchange. 2 stars is generous.
