You order something and then it never arrives. They are cheaters. Dont order anything from them.

The Engage ones work well enough but the colours are soooooooo boring. Can only get the bright metalic bling ones for concerts. If paying out £30 I would much rather have some decent colours to choose from. I wear jewellery to work so why wouldn't I want my loops to look as cool.

I would not recommend this product.

Their advertising and design is great, but that's all that is great.

I bought the Switch 2 and they didn't do anything. Followed all the instructions. Decided they must be faulty. Got a replacement. Same thing. Yes, they take the edge off high frequencies, a TINY bit, but there's no difference between the three settings. My old earplugs by a different brand are 17db and I hear less through them, than the Loop ones, which are supposed to be 26db.

They look lovely, but don't do what they say they do. My partner and I both tried them and had no success.

Two stars because customer service is excellent and I was able to return them.

My GP suggested these. I wasn't enjoying gym anymore as the trainer and music were just excruciatingly loud for me.
I bought the ones for noise sensitivity. Now I can hear the instructions clearly and the music without wanting to cover my ears and escape.

I ordered 2 sets of earplugs and the delivery service GoFo delivered to the wrong address and they continue to maintain that they delivered it even though I have concrete evidence it was not delivered. There is no contact number at Loop so forget getting any help. So disappointing as I actually like the product and this was our second purchase.

Very disappointing not worth, they feel cheap. I couldn’t imagine this costing more than a couple dollars to make.

We moved onto a farm as I wear glasses I was struggling with normal ear muffs they hurt behind my ears my daughter found loop earplugs online I am so happy with them they do not totally block all the noise so I can still hear what is going on around me so absolutely happy with them and delivery and service was 10/10

Fantastic for muting sounds whilst trying to sleep. My partner used to wake me up constantly early in the morning, not anymore.

It's a little bit uncomfortable sometimes when trying to sleep with them in, you've got to get it in the right spot to be able to fall asleep. The ears are a tiny bit sore in the morning, but I'll pay the price for uninterrupted sleep for now.

Loops for sleep are my must have.

Unfortunately my husband snores like a tractor. The loops are helping.
Love the colors.
Side sleeper - so comfort is a must for me. Loops have it! Very comfy all night!

Not that great. Hard to get seal. My husband snores softly but I still hear them. For that price I would expect more given what you get.

I spent some of my birthday money on a good quality eye mask because I have delayed sleep phase disorder and apparently my brain thinks bedtime is a vague suggestion. I need everything completely blacked out with absolutely no light leakage.

I have an abnormally small head, I can still fit into hats made for 3-4year olds!

I wasn’t sure if the Loops Eclipse Eye Mask would actually fit me or whether it would slide off and disappear into the bedding by morning. I decided to take a punt on it.

I’m really impressed. It provides complete blackout, which is exactly what I was looking for. No annoying little slivers of light sneaking in.

The best part is that it actually fits my head properly. I have it on the tightest setting, and it stays securely in place without feeling uncomfortable or putting too much pressure on my face.

It also feels really well made and good quality, rather than like a cheap eye mask that’s going to fall apart after a few uses or mysteriously develop one of those tiny gaps that lets in the brightness of a thousand suns.

For someone with a very small head who normally struggles to find things that fit, I’m genuinely impressed with it. Definitely glad I took the punt and even more glad my tiny head has finally found an eye mask worthy of it!

I have chronic migraine attacks and I'm also very sensitive to sound. Loop Earplugs help with both of those issues which is great. However I do find wearing the earplugs for too long makes my ears itchy even though I don't have any allergies. I also find I have trouble picking the right tip size, with the smalls a bit big and the extra smalls too small. Even still they're more comfortable than the old yellow foam earplugs I've tried in the past.

the item was delivered to to wrong address. Complete with pictures SHOWING the wrong address. I immediately- SAME DAY sent a photo of the wrong address that it was delivered to. ( Also went there in an attempt to retrieve the package, but all packages had been taken inside at that point. Asked to wait 7 to 14 days. -- waited. Meanwhile an AI bot kept sending me messages about the purchase, telling me to be patient. What is there to be patient about? It was delivered to a place that is not where I am. No refund, no item. I feel ROBBED! I work in healthcare, am burned out- Ordered this item to help me with the sound ( Emergency Services). I have no item, they have my money, and work has gotten louder. This week was terrible. Fix this, AT LEAST refund me my money PROMPTLY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t believe the hype. I gave in to the marketing and finally ordered a pair of Loop Dream ear plugs. They make little to no difference in blocking out sound. I can still hear most things other than low level background noise, and even hold a full conversation with someone at a whisper. Further to this they are massively uncomfortable for a side sleeper - I’ve had to take them out half way through the night on multiple occasions. I have tried all the ear buds from XS to L in both foam and rubber, and they just aren’t as good as some other MUCH cheaper alternatives. As a result I’ve gone back to other cheaper more effective ear plugs. All marketing, no function. I wanted to be a fan, I’m just not and honestly feel a little bit conned.

I bought a set of the McLaren ear plugs. Within a few days the keep cord on the case had gone. The case was on my key ring and had ordinary use, nothing more. Colleagues with the same plugs, used the same way, have had no such problem.

I put up with it, not knowing there was a warranty. Over a year later, colleagues suggested I check, and I found the plugs carry a two-year warranty covering defective workmanship. I claimed on 20 August and heard back on 16 September, nearly four weeks later. The claim process was not easy to use, and the claim was rejected with no discussion and no reason given.

What I was after was a length of replacement cord. It is hard to see how that costs more than the goodwill lost by refusing it.

The ear plugs themselves do the job. The after-sales service does not. Friends who use Eargasm speak well of theirs, and of how they were looked after when something went wrong. Next time, that is where I will go.

I am a sucker for Loops even though I know they're just earplugs and they're probably not much different from other earplugs when it comes to noise reduction. They do feel engineered with a little hole connecting to the ear canal, so the sound you do hear sounds enjoyable and pretty clear, not muffled.
I now have the models engage with extra filters, experience, quiet and switch.
I'm still learning how to use the switch but the others have all been used successfully. I do have to practise speaking with them because unfortunately, sound reduction without occlusion (hearing your own voice louder) isn't possible.
Shipping is always fairly quick and customer service is super friendly when you have a question.
The loops are great quality and I do have several editions of the same type of plugs because they're like functional jewellery that I swap for different occasions.
I'm absolutely happy with the purchase, I just wish all the cases had fun colours that match each of the plugs.

Maybe I picked the wrong type but the Dream ones don’t seem to block noise sufficiently!
