Purchasing a house with Story Homes has been such a positive experience and the best decision we’ve made! Our point of contacts have been Samantha Denham and Laura Evans who have been incredible! From when we first emailed them to enquire and now being at the stage where contracts have been exchanged, they’ve always responded promptly, they’ve been incredibly professional and always willing to help and answer any questions we have. Through the process, sometimes we would communicate with Laura and then sometimes with Samantha as we received updates and information and we really commend them on how well they work as a team as we never had any issues with miscommunication or feeling like they weren’t on the same page. We’re very grateful to Samantha, Laura and Story Homes for giving us such a stress free and positive experience!

We have recently purchased our Forever Story Home! It came at us when we least expected it and everything has worked out perfectly. From the moment Samantha Denham called us to see if we were still interested as we’d been up 12 months earlier till now has been amazing! Explaining to us the process, being professional when we had any doubts or questions, helping us choose our kitchen & tiles etc it’s really been an amazing journey so far! You hear story’s but for us it’s been perfect so far and we are sure our forever home will be too. Thank you Sam for being so supportive through this journey with us we’d highly recommend Sam to anybody who is looking to purchase there dream home. We can’t wait to move in!

From our 1st visit to Riverbrook Gardens many, many months ago until today, when we reserved our dream plot, I can honestly say we could not have had a better experience. Rebecca has kept in regular contact with us and couldn’t have been more supportive and empathetic, when we needed it. She has also shown total professionalism at all times. It has certainly been a roller coaster ride for us, especially when our 1st sale chain collapsed days before we were due to exchange (and reserve a plot). But we’ve finally got there and we are excited to be where we’re at. Looking forward to the next building stages, exchanging contracts and meeting with Rebecca to consider our options and upgrades in the next few months.

We have had such a positive experience with Story Homes so far, and a huge part of that has been down to our sales representative, Sam.

From the very beginning, Sam has been incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. Buying a new build can feel quite overwhelming at times, especially with so many questions and decisions along the way, but Sam has always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understand what is happening at each stage.

We have been really impressed by the high specification of the homes and by how many features are included as standard. There were several things we were pleasantly surprised to find included compared with other housebuilders, such as spotlights in the bathrooms, utility room and above the kitchen. We also thought it was a really clever idea to position the boiler in the garage, as this means it does not take up valuable space in the kitchen.

We have chosen a Pearson, and we absolutely love the kitchen-diner. We feel this space will be the heart of our home. We decided to add some upgrades, including an induction hob with an extractor fan built in, spotlights underneath the cupboards, and upgraded kitchen cabinets and handles. We felt that all of the extras were reasonably priced and offered a great way to personalise the space. We also love the amount of room in the utility room, as well as the separate shower and bath in the main bathroom and the double shower in our en-suite.

Choosing all of the options for our home took us a while, but Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She helped us narrow down our choices and find a unique style that really suits us. We came back several times to discuss flooring and even brought in a cushion from our sofa so we could compare it with the samples. Sam also helped by pricing up different options to make sure they fitted within our budget, while still allowing us to add luxury touches and personalisation along the way.

Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble for her. She has kept us updated throughout the build, answered all of our questions, and gone above and beyond to make what can be a stressful process feel much easier. You can really tell that Sam is excellent at her job and genuinely cares about her customers and their experience.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through our first Story Homes purchase. We are so excited to see our new home coming together and can’t wait for the day we finally get the keys! A huge thank you to Sam for all of her help and support so far. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us!

From the very beginning, Fiona, our Sales Executive, was absolutely fantastic. She was always friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept well informed with regular telephone updates, alongside being able to follow the different stages of our build online. Fiona was always happy to answer any questions we had and made what is such a big life purchase feel like a really enjoyable experience.

Since moving in, we absolutely love our new home and have been equally impressed with the aftercare we have received. Jamie, the Site Manager, has been extremely helpful and approachable, and genuinely makes you feel that nothing is ever too much trouble. Any questions or small issues we have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally, which has given us a lot of confidence in the team.
