Very slow and uncommunicative
I've ordered frames with this company twice now. Both times I've had to contact them directly over a week after the orders were placed to find out what was going on. The first one eventually shipped out and I received it just in time. It's now 2 weeks after the second order and there's been zero communication from them and no sign of my frame.
It's a shame too, they do sell good quality stuff. The service is just absolutely terrible.
