This product was a disappointment for me.
I used the Theradome LH80 for approximately 2 years as per the recommended instructions with extremely modest results and I'm being generous here. I was very careful with it, always placing it back in the case it came in when not in use and charged it immediately after each use. Approx. 6 weeks ago, the battery low audio warning started. Assuming that was normal, I immediately ordered another battery but this one would not charge either after a 5-6 uses. So, it had to be a helmet problem. After many discussions with a person who was very helpful on their helpdesk, it was decided by this company that my helmet was now garbage because they weren't going to assist me in any way to repair, replace, discount another one, send me a new charger and cord or any other option. I know my warranty ran out before all this happened but one would think a solid company would support their product in some way. My Theradome is now a reminder for the next time when I take a gamble on a product on the internet.
