Not great delivery service
Two attempts both with express paid (next day delivery) first item lost by courier, reprinted and sent again, (next day delivery) after 3 days message from courier, item delayed. Yet to receive items and family special occasion missed.
Not seen the quality of items as still not received I can only review Ervi courier, awful. If I'd know these were the company used for delivery I would have used a different company to have the items printed.

We’re really sorry about this, especially as your canvases were for a special family occasion. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for them not to arrive in time.
When the courier lost your original parcel, we immediately reprinted your entire order at no cost to you and covered the cost of sending the replacement on a next day delivery service. We’re therefore extremely disappointed that the replacement has also been delayed by the courier.
From our side, we’ve genuinely done everything we could to put things right and get your canvases to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the courier, delays can occur that are outside our control.
We sincerely hope that when your canvases arrive, you’ll be delighted with the quality. If you are happy with them, we’d really appreciate you updating your review to reflect your experience with the canvases and the efforts we made to resolve the delivery problems for you.
We really did want to make this right for you and are sorry the courier delays meant your order missed such an important occasion.

Straight forward to request a canvas. I had the opportunity to play around and adjust the photos I was going to choose. There was a lot of choice which I liked. I did find the original and sent it via email and within 3 days I received my canvas print that is now taken pride of place on my wall. 😍

My original parcel got lost by EVRI en route to me . The canvas was a picture of my 3yr old grandson who has cerebral palsy as well as a life limiting condition so it was extremely precious to me . This company when they heard redid my order FOC which I received 2 days later - absolutely outstanding service
