Not only is tempeh a protein STAPLE for me, but it has way more texture than tofu, making these fermented soybeans my top meat replacement 🙌🏼 
You can serve this gochujang tempeh in a rice bowl, salad, or eat it on its own. Recipe below:

Ingredients:
1 block of tempeh
2 cups veggie broth

Marinade:
1/4 cup gochujang paste 
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
A thumb of ginger, grated
Dash of gochugaru 

For the glaze:
-1 tsp sesame oil
-2 tsp maple syrup
-1/2 tsp gochugaru
