If so, it may be due to weakness in your glutes! 🤯 Oftentimes, when a muscle is overworking it’s compensating for another muscle not doing its job properly…. The glutes are a large group of muscles that are supposed to provide significant stability to our pelvis and low back… But when they aren’t doing their job properly, the pelvic floor has to overwork ultimately causing tightness and dysfunction. If you believe your pelvic floor is overworking due to your glutes underworking, give this exercise a try!
