Never sent my OSHA 30 card
5 months after completing my OSHA 30, and i'm still waiting for my Osha card. The response I got, was to pay an extra $60 for a "replacement" of a card I never received in the first place. They won't provide evidence of having set it, no tracking number, no mailing receipt. Just an insulting "trust me, we sent it, maybe you tossed it when it arrived". But if I pay for the replacement, they'll provide all that. I won't pay a single cent for a printed plastic card even bank would replace for free.

Excellent Customer Service
The course was enlightening and the customer service was exceptional. They are quick to respond to any situations or problems that a customer has, especially Andrea. She goes up and beyond to insure that customers are happy with the results of their problems. I recommend this course to everyone.

Jake is such a valuable asset to your company. He was so kind, patient and understanding when I had one obstacle after another yesterday with getting my photo id drivers license submitted. He explained things and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood and had what I needed to finish my coursework to get my completion status and certificates. I had a lot riding on getting all three classes completed yesterday so zi would not lose my Real Estate License after 31 years. I wish there were more people like Jake out here in the world. Horrible platform which caused me to be “locked out.” I was almost finished and had to start completely over wasting hours and days of my time.
They said a certificate would be sent to the DMV. I didn’t receive notification from them it was sent; I foolishly trusted they were doing as advertised. Then I receive a notice from the DMV that my license was going to be suspended. They never received a copy of the certificate and I had to pay a late fee.

Unsuitable Driving Course
Outdated and not very suitable for young drivers my daughter didn't understand a single thing with the course very confusing, and the questions occasionally make no sense and customer service is not great with this company. In short, I would not recommend this as a driving school for young teens 14-15 trying to learn and get education through this company.
