I can hear the doorbell from the back room now. Missed a lot of parcels before.

Everyrhing now seems fine after initial hiccup with one hearing aid.

That was the deciding factor for me. I've watched my sister fiddle with hers for years and I did not want that. 👍👍

So far still getting used to using these, but they work well and are as good as my old £1250 hearing aids.
For the price it's a winner

I am surprised how comfortable the aids are. I am using the inner cap fitting as supplied and have have not experimented yet with other cup sizes - I will. The fit and finish of all components is excellent. Once you have found the way around the end button for volume control this is easy to set.
First impressions on the change in sound quality and sounds one had forgotten does take some getting use to, but customers are told that and wearing time is needed. Overall very impressed and would recommend these at this price level. Worthy purchase.

I had a whole routine, first row everywhere, always the good ear towards whoever was talking. I've stopped doing all of it.

Which I am grateful for but which whistled constantly!

Had them sitting too shallow for three days and thought they were rubbish. They werent, I was.

Very disappointing experience with Certus
I already wear hearing aids, so I am not new to hearing aids and I know what I expect from them. Unfortunately, the hearing aids supplied by Certus are simply not suitable for me.
They are far too large and noticeable, not remotely as discreet as I expected, and they screech excessively. I have therefore made it clear that I want to return them.
What has been particularly frustrating is the customer service. The email responses I have received appear to be AI-generated, with generic suggestions about adjusting the hearing aids, changing settings and trying different things to make them work.
That completely misses the point. I am not asking how to make them work. I don't want them. I have experience with hearing aids and have made an informed decision that these are not suitable for me.
It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly receive what feels like automated advice trying to persuade me to keep a product I have clearly said I want to return, rather than having someone actually listen to my concerns and deal with my request.
I expected a more personal and professional level of customer service from Certus. At this stage, I simply want to return the hearing aids and have the matter dealt with properly.

Messaged them to check how the 90 day money back guarantee worked just in case. Sarah replied the same afternoon with clear instructions and zero pressure. Didn't even end up needing to send them back as they work grand, but good to know they actually reply to emails properly.

Presentation great. struggling to get use to the background noise, otherwise ok.

Reading the reviews of which the vast majority were positive, I bought these. Very happy. Only for one ear but once I'd sorted out the correct dome and angle in which it should go, the fit was perfect and were hardly noticeable. Obviously took some getting used to but now I forget I'm wearing it which says a lot.

I couldn't get on with them. Didn't really seem to work. Tried to get the 90day refund; just got delaying tactics with no prospect of a likely resolution. Gave up.

I found it difficult at first as my ears have different levels of hearing But now I've got used to them I'm delighted Nice not to worry about putting glasses or a mask behind the ear Still a bit worried they might pop out even though they seem a good fit But a very satisfying buy

Good communication throughout and very helpful. Just waiting to hear about returning the product for full refund.

They are very powerful have different settings
they go on automatically when you put them in your ears
I have Very large fat fingers so I find it hard sometimes to get them in the right position.
But they are amazing

I must be honest I'm struggling with the aids, however its not Certus fault. Their customers service is absolutely wonderful. My problem is a narrow ear canal. I'd highly recommend Certus anytime. Sarah from customers service is amazing thank you so much ❤️

Last night I did what you said and tried it with tv very low great but some times when I turned my head got a high pitched whistling that was the only problem
