How does the game fit the theme?
The goal is to earn money. To do so, the player must platform, then spend money on upgrades to earn even more. Within a short time, upgrades must be used wisely to make more than what was spent — otherwise, the player may finish with less. If they don’t invest, they risk missing out on greater profit. To earn more, they must take risks: every item collected slows them down, testing their platforming skills. The player has to risk it for money.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The only asset we didn’t make from scratch is the font. Everything else was created by our team during the jam.

The game is fun to play and I also like the visual. Great work!
The concept of the game is very interesting, and the game works nicely, but I feel the death doesn't punish the player (maybe it's bug idk), but I never lost anything, and even skipped sections of the level. Besides that, the game is fun! Congrats!
Your game is very interesting, especially if it's developed with enemies that can disrupt the journey. The idea is very cool!
An enjoyable game that reminded me a bit of SteamWorld Dig.
The visuals look good, and the controls worked perfectly for me.
It was a good and fun game. It reminded me of Splunky.
I really like the art. Game is polished for it's scope
This was cool, very similar to our game with the weight mechanic and running back to stash / sell your good! nice work :)
What a nice game loop, I enjoyed a lot! Nice job!
Nice work!
Cool game
Loved it awesome game.
I was a bit disappointed that after first tutorial level i lost all my points and upgrades, but i guess it makes sense since its tutorial and it was too easy anyway.
In second round i got all upgrades and score of ~4500
The placement of ores felt a bit random, i was finding gold and silver in easy to reach places and a lot of coper in hard to reach ones.
and i think i was too greedy, haven't used decline mechanic a single time :D i guess that is why i ran out of time before reaching level 2. I'm always a hoarder in any game.
checkpoints felt a bit weird, some of the times they helped me advance :D
the spike and acid did not felt as risk or punishment, cause you only loose a couple of second at most, maybe you should lose 1 or more ore on getting hit? (like sonic losing rings) or add health and make player loose all ore on death like in hollow knight?
Anyway this has a giant potential, i think it will make a great metroidvania with sparse upgrades, key events/places and some story.
awesome game.
really nice platformer
Awesome game! I'm really happy that this jam has so many games with that Flash game era vibe - loved it. The interface that gradually encroaches on the player is a hilarious idea, especially how it becomes impossible to hide eventually :)
Nice application of risk to mining! Very solid mechanics and aesthetic. I think it was kind of random where it spawned you if you hit a hazard. Sometimes it would be right where I jumped from, sometimes the other side, occasionally a little bit ahead. Good job!
Interesting game! There were a couple inconsistencies (the shopkeeper was blurry, might've missed turning off bilinear filtering) and the player is stuttery when it moves (one fix for that is to turn on interpolate in the rigidbody settings, but you may have already done that), but overall quite fun!
Overall I quite liked it and all the visuals were really well done and worked well together. There is only one thing I would probably add and that is tiny bit of coyote time when you walk of the edge, even if for half a second as it would make it feel that tiny bit more polished.
Thanks for the feedback! Actually, there is coyote time in the game, but it’s set to 0.2 seconds
Game was fun!
The music was a bit stressful for myself XD
Loved the upgrades and game mechanics in general! Would love to see some indication on the stone your are digging to see the progress!
Nice game loved the visuals! I liked the platforming combined with mining, it felt more rewarding if you decide to go to the deeper and harder parts of the cave, my only small suggestions that I had is the spikes hitbox felt too big in the areas when they were put on walls, and also sometimes the double jump doesn't work, but overall is a pretty fun and unique game, hope you can expand this idea after the game jam!
