Looks indexed from what I can see https://itch.io/search?q=Crypt+Dungeon+Crawler

I was able to fix this out, will be fixed in the next app update. Thanks for the report, tricky one!

No admin review needed. Your account’s tax profile is going through the standard verification process which may take day or two. It will automatically update when done. Payouts are “blocked” during this phase because a validated tax profile is required for the payout to be processed. If there is an issue with your information then you will be notified.

Your account has been reviewed and is now eligible for indexing, thanks for your patience.

Windows 7 is no longer supported, sorry. https://github.com/itchio/itch/releases/tag/v26.1.9 is the last release for Windows 7 but I do not recommend using very old versions for security reasons.

You’re all set, cleaned up 2685 keys across 2 bundle purchases

I can run an update on your account to clean up your library. I’m guessing you ran a third party script to “add” all the bundle games to your library. We strongly advise against doing that.

The script I will run will remove all entries from bundles in your direct library that you haven’t downloaded. This will also unsubscribe you from emails as a direct owner. Please confirm if you’d like me to run this on your account by replying.

Thanks

The account owner must contact us. If something about their account has changed that prevents them from contacting us with the email address that owns the account, then they will need to provide evidence to prove ownership.

I took a closer look at your account and can confirm the numbers add up. There are two things going on here.

First, the ~$620 shown on the sale page is the gross amount buyers paid across the 113 purchases from your sale. The payouts page works with net amounts, so after payment processor fees and revenue sharing that comes out to around ~$535.

Second, and this is the bigger factor, your account has 30% tax withholding applied based on the tax interview you completed. The balances on the payouts page are shown after withholding. That brings the payable amount from your sale to around ~$375. If you think the 30% rate shouldn’t apply to you, for example if your country has a tax treaty with the US or you didn’t provide a tax ID when filling out the interview, you can update your tax information from your seller settings to get the rate reduced.

As for pending vs available: your sale ended July 6th, so by the time you posted, most of the sale purchases were already older than 7 days and had moved from your pending balance into your available balance. The pending balance only reflects purchases from the last 7 days, which is why it kept shrinking rather than growing after the sale ended.

Your pending and available balances combined currently cover the full sale amount plus your other recent purchases, net of fees and withholding. Nothing is missing from what I can see.

I’m not telling you have to be famous. I’m just trying to give you a realistic understanding of how things are. Showing up in the new and recently updated page for a brief moment isn’t going to make you successful. You’re going to have to do a lot of work on your end, and don’t expect itch.io to magically make your game take off, especially if you’re essentially a relatively new account. You have to build a community like every other creator.

We don’t make any guarantee that a major update will provide a boost to your game. I encourage you to operate your game as normal without the assumption that itchio will automatically give your traffic. Once your page establishes reputation in our system then it’s more likely that your update posts can contribute to a boost in our algorithm.

Your game page is otherwise indexed.

Thanks

Blog posts are handled separately, and a pre-requisite is having your page indexed. So it should be picked up by indexing soon.

That sale has transactions from beyond 7 days ago, so those earnings would be reflected in available balance and not pending balance.

Also keep in mind that the sale earnings tracker shows gross revenue across both bundle purchases and individual item purchases for things that were part of the sale. The payouts page shows your estimated net payout amount.

Hope that helps

Admin

It updates immediately. The “Available balance” is what takes 7 days to become available. Pending balance is an estimate after all adjustments and processor fees though. https://itch.io/docs/creators/payments#payment-processor-fees

Could be something related to your network connection. If you use butler via the itch.io app then you should get support for resumable uploads even if your internet cuts out: https://itch.io/updates/pushing-builds-with-butler-is-now-in-the-itch-app

Pleas read the the indexing guide. Your page has no files on it so it’s not eligible for indexing: https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed

Admin

If you meet the criteria the page will automatically be indexed. Thanks

Admin

Closing out this topic as your issue appears to be fixed and I don’t want others trying to post their own issues into replies.

Wharf does two patching phases btw, there’s the initial rsync-style patch generated locally by butler for the person uploading. Then it does a second server side pass with bsdiff to generated optimized patch for players. You can run all these stages locally with butler, more info here: https://itch.io/docs/butler/offline.html

Keep me updated, curious to see how your project turns out.

Admin

Have you compared it to itch.io’s own patch generation algorithm? https://itch.io/docs/wharf/

Page looks indexed from my end. Closing this out.

I agree, it’s something I want to work on at some point.

Your page has been reviewed and you should be good to go now.

I just double checked, there’s nothing in our database to suggest any lost comments. Sorry, not sure what you saw.

Can you explain what you mean when the “page suddenly glitched.” Did you ever see an error message?

Admin

Thanks for the report. Closing this thread.

Please don’t create new topics for the same discussion. Thanks

I don’t see any active pending posts in your comments category on our backend. You sure you didn’t get them all?
